Must-have
Expert level Excel skills including Power Query
Strong SQL database management experience
Design of interactive dashboards and data storytelling
Deep knowledge of market audits and commercial industry models
Spanish language proficiency
Data governance and market intelligence leadership

Experience with Python/R programming or process automation
Knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce or Veeva

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or related fields
More than 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Sales Effectiveness in pharmaceutical or market research industry
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
Master’s or MBA in Data Science, Business Intelligence or Administration preferred
Tableau Black Belt or Green Belt certification preferred
