  • Drive strategic occupancy excellence by leveraging deep understanding of client space supply and demand to develop scenario and strategic occupancy plans for client portfolios.
  • Foster critical relationships with various individuals and organizations including Corporate Real Estate, Business Unit leadership, Corporate Finance, Project Management, and Move Coordination teams.
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and vlookup, consolidate data and floor plans into PowerPoint presentations, and leverage CAFM/IWMS software supporting planning solutions.
