Job Summary
Serve as the strategic leader driving the transformation of the Mining Technology Academy (MTA) into an AI-enabled, interactive learning ecosystem tailored for Caterpillar’s global mining community.
Introduce AI technologies, gamification, and advanced analytics to create immersive, personalized learning experiences and partner with state-of-the-art learning consultants to deliver a marked step-up in engagement and usability.
Lead a dedicated team of 12–15 specialists to design and deploy new learning modules, and work closely with MineStar™ Implementation teams, Product Support, and global stakeholders to ensure solutions address operational challenges.
