Key Requirements

  • Current certificate of competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • 2 years or more experience in long-term care environment preferred
  • Working knowledge of MLTC Regulations and Resident Bill of Rights
  • Successful completion of AIS training with annual maintenance
  • Experience with RAI/MDS, Point Click Care, MEDelink
  • Ability to meet online training requirements
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience in unionized environment
