Job Summary

• The Jewish Life Fellow is a central builder of Jewish student life at Boston University Hillel, helping students find connection, meaning, and community through relationships, Shabbat and holiday experiences, and creative programming.
• This is a highly relational, student-facing role. The Fellow serves as a consistent and welcoming presence in students’ lives, creating spaces that are uplifting, inclusive, and rooted in genuine care.
• The Fellow will receive mentorship and training while contributing to a dynamic Jewish campus community of over 4,000 students.

Salary

Base: $46,000 - $48,000; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, Life, AD&D and Long Term Disability (LTD) insurances, Flexible Spending accounts, generous vacation/sick time, and parental leave.
