Job Summary

• As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating educational initiatives, training programs, and supervision activities within the clinical setting.
• Works closely with departmental managers and directors in the assistance of staff and patient needs while performing as an integral role in department operations, including but not limited to—assigning work and real time coaching.

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Associate’s Degree (AA) Associate Degree in Nursing Required
• 1-3 years experience as preceptor and mentor
• Registered Nurse Iowa Board of Nursing (IBON) Required
• Basic Cardiac Life Support & First Aid - American Heart Association Required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support - American Heart Association Required
