Job Summary

  • Lead and coordinate the engineering team responsible for the operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical equipment for the Toluca 1 Data Center, ensuring operational continuity in a mission-critical site.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), manage modifications, additions, and changes (MAC) for all IT electrical circuits, and oversee the change control process.
  • Prepare and track the CAPEX plan for asset replacement by lifecycle, lead improvement initiatives and projects for energy consumption reduction and sustainability, and maintain close communication with the client to report operational risks and progress.
