Must-have
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer (P.Eng) registration
Minimum five years of structural engineering experience
Proficiency with ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE software
Knowledge of National Building Code and BC Building Code
Nice-to-have
Master's Degree in Structural Engineering
Ability to mentor entry-level engineers
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Experience with steel, concrete, wood, masonry design
Hybrid working culture adaptability
Key Requirements
Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng) with EGBC
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required
5+ years of related structural engineering experience
Ability to obtain P.Eng within 6 months if not currently registered
