Hegemon Financial Group is seeking a Commissions Analyst to support their growing Sales Finance team in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate should have a background in compensation or finance administration, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Summary

  • Support day-to-day commissions administration process including daily commission payout, monthly adjustments, and management of cases/inquiries submitted by business partners.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for commissions processing in addition to individual plan components managed in our proprietary Aristotle commission/back office platform.
