Job Summary
Serve as a strategic advisor to clients across the digital infrastructure ecosystem, leading complex transactions and providing expert guidance on data centre facilities, colocation services, hyperscale deployments, and edge computing infrastructure.
Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key industry stakeholders including data centre operators and REITs, hyperscale cloud providers, institutional investors, private equity firms, enterprise clients, telecom carriers, and developers.
Conduct sophisticated financial analysis including asset valuations, investment return modeling, cash flow projections, and lease economics assessments.
