Roche is seeking an Operational Business Intern for its Mannheim facility, focused on the manufacturing of sterile pharmaceuticals. The internship is designed for students in technical fields, offering hands-on experience in process improvement and digital tool implementation within a diverse and collaborative team environment

Job Summary

  • You will work on several topics and processes in the packaging operation, supporting them (e.g., Continuous Improvement Process and other Operational Excellence initiatives).
  • You will integrate shift planning into this tool and train all stakeholders in this tool (Asset Leads, Team Leads, Time Officers, Line Employees, etc.).
  • Flexible working hours (37.5 hours/week), €2268 remuneration per month for a full-time internship > 3 months, networking with other students, and discounted prices in our employee canteen.
