Job Summary
As a Principal Associate Conflict of Interest (COI) Specialist in the Ethics Office, you will be responsible for administering and managing the Company’s Gifts and Entertainment and Conflict of Interest Programs.
This role will be responsible for reviewing and dispositioning employee disclosures related to gifts and entertainment, as well as reviewing and resolving associates’ participation in certain outside activities.

Salary
McLean, VA: $120,800 - $137,900; Richmond, VA: $109,900 - $125,400; Bonus/Equity: Performance based incentive compensation; Benefits: Comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
4+ years in Ethics, Legal, Risk Management, or Compliance
Juris Doctorate (Preferred)
3+ years in financial services (Preferred)
1+ years analyzing conflicts of interest and gifts/entertainment (Preferred)
Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) (Preferred)
