Job Summary
The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for the transformation of DCL Crew HR systems integration with Disney’s Enterprise Human Resource Platforms, collaborating with HR and Technology partners.
This role involves owning the analysis, design, program, debugging, and modifications of software improvements and/or new products, and leading projects for commercial or infrastructure applications.
You will provide leadership for onshore and offshore technology resources, mentor team members, and own the final product by reviewing code to ensure quality.
