The Assistant Access Director manages the day-to-day operations of the Admissions and Emergency Department, responsible for unit performance that meets or exceeds unit standards.
The position supervises staff, ensures all Office of Human Resource policies and regulatory guidelines are followed, and is responsible for ensuring the unit provides the highest level of customer service.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
