Job Summary

• This role has full 24/7 responsibility & accountability for one production line metrics SQDCM, ensuring output targets, quality & Safety standards are consistently met.
• Prevent incidents by ensuring 'zero safety incidents' and 'zero quality incidents' mentality and culture, promoting 5S practices and standard visual management on the line.
• The base salary range for this position is $97,300 to $133,815, with eligibility for a competitive bonus program and comprehensive benefits.
