Support Bloom's consultative-based selling engagements with customers and financiers, particularly with respect to financial analysis, research and analytics.
Provide customer-facing consulting to the sales team to understand customer needs as they relate to power purchase agreements ("PPAs") and the associated project financing.
Develop creative ways to meet customer financial and contracting constraints within the parameters of a financeable deal structure.

Key Requirements
MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Engineering or a related discipline
Graduating between December 2024 and August 2026
2-5 years' experience in project finance, project development, energy & infrastructure-focused investment banking or strategy
Demonstration of successfully closing complex deals
Experience at top tier investment banks, private equity shops or consulting firms
Strong communication skills
Ability to interact with a wide variety of audiences
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines
