Job Summary
You deliver the R&D activities required to complete Packaging Development for Innovation/Growth projects and productivity projects across geographies with an emphasis on delivering the desired consumer experience.
You will plan and conduct activities such as bench top experimentation, pilot plant trials and plant trials in accordance with good manufacturing practice (GMP) and HACCP requirements.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
