Job Summary

  • You deliver the R&D activities required to complete Packaging Development for Innovation/Growth projects and productivity projects across geographies with an emphasis on delivering the desired consumer experience.
  • You will plan and conduct activities such as bench top experimentation, pilot plant trials and plant trials in accordance with good manufacturing practice (GMP) and HACCP requirements.
  • In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
