Job Summary

  • Performs professional level human resources duties in various functional areas including benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, diversity and inclusion, affirmative action and employment compliance.
  • Serves as the liaison/HR business partner between various HR Shared Services and the division, supporting talent management, workforce planning, and implementing retention strategies.
  • Plans and supports benefits enrollment processes, educates employees and leaders on benefits and wellness initiatives, and manages workers compensation, disability, and FMLA.
