Job Summary
The Danaher Business System Leader (DBSL) is responsible for promoting and facilitating the successful implementation of the Danaher Business System (DBS) at Danaher companies, allowing those sites to meet their Policy Deployment (PD) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
Partner with the VPs of Operations to drive targeted improvement in Safety, Quality, OTD, Inventory and Productivity across the 5 main manufacturing sites in Hardware Solutions aligned with the team’s objectives by promoting the diagnosis of process obstacles and providing expert counsel on appropriate DBS tools to address gaps in performance.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business
10+ years of Operations experience
Minimum of Production manager, supervisor, or operations / production leadership experience in a LEAN organization
Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement a DBS roadmap
Demonstrated strong leadership experience and influencing skills
