This role involves owning the growth system for merchant payments across acquisition, activation, and retention to improve lead quality and lifetime value.
You will lead a team of 5–7 FTE supporting merchant growth while partnering with Marketing, Sales, Risk, and Finance to deliver scalable customer journeys.
The position requires translating portfolio goals into clear product OKRs and driving a high-velocity experimentation program to continuously improve performance.
