10+ years critical infrastructure engineering experience
5+ years leadership in data center operations
Expertise in BMS, SCADA, and PLC systems
Knowledge of IoT protocols like Modbus and BACnet
Experience with industrial electrical and mechanical design
Proven ability to lead global cross-functional teams
