Job Summary

• The E&PS Vice President IM PM – Mega Projects is responsible and directly accountable for the global governance and management of the Mega Projects for Bio-Therapeutics, Synthetics and ATMP facility capital project portfolio (composed of approximately $1.3BB annual spend).
• The position manages the Bio-Therapeutics, Synthetics and ATMP Project Management teams delivering mega projects for the IM Supply Chain organization, composed of approximately 25 - 30 Project Management professionals.
• Key responsibilities include providing leadership on Front End Loading, managing project resource allocation, tracking project deliverables, and ensuring adequate adoption of Contracting Strategies for Project Delivery.

Base: $199,000.00 - $366,850.00; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year, Sick time – 40 hours per calendar year, Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – 13 days per calendar year, Work, Personal and Family Time – up to 40 hours per calendar year, Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child, Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year, Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period, Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture and Design or Construction Management
• 15+ years of relative business experience and Project Management
• Prior experience managing major (mega) capital projects (>$500MM)
• Previous supervisor’s experience with direct reports
• Experience working in the Americas and EMEA is desired
