Job Summary

• Answer incoming calls, chat/call requests & incoming e-mail, record contacts in Lead Management System, and convert sales opportunities to confirmed appointments or turn them to a Sales Consultant.
• Qualifications include excellent verbal and written communication & computer skills, strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency, and the ability to efficiently enter accurate information into a computerized tracking system.
