Administers the installation of assigned client accounts, including structure and billing set up, data base loading, ID card set up, benefit package build, and set up for client and broker website access.
The Account Installation Representative is responsible for implementing new business, maintaining renewals, maintaining changes to accounts and terminating clients.
This position requires critical thinking and technology driven, with critical need for attention to details, ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines and turnaround times.
