The Program Director has overall responsibility for cost, schedule and technical performance of the KC-46 operation located at Edwards AFB and ensuring that contractual requirements and program objections are met.
Identify issues and adapt program plans according to the customer’s feedback on the program cost, performance, quality, schedule, and risk.
