Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Essential duties include using PCC for resident information, reporting changes in condition, recording entries, and performing direct resident care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • The role requires maintaining resident confidentiality, reporting accidents and incidents, and assisting residents with daily functions and personal care needs.
