This role exists to lead, direct, dream, and build the vision of the Factory strategy by actively participating in the interface of technical and financial areas to achieve approval for future construction cases.
Connect business needs with operational improvement and transformation requirements across four categories, leading the generation and formalization of ideas for growth and improvement at the Palmira plant to Business Case approval.
Align with various departments to seek internal transformation projects aimed at improving site cost/productivity and manage for the realization of each transformational improvement of the site.
