Experience managing teams of 5-15 people

Key Requirements
Must have previous experience of Manufacturing preferably in pharmaceutical, biotech or regulated industry
Leadership experience managing teams of 5-15 people
Proficiency with manufacturing execution systems and Microsoft Office Suite
IOSH Managing Safely certification advantageous
Lean Six Sigma certification (Yellow Belt or higher) beneficial
