The Insurance Biller shall be responsible for processing all insurance claims electronically and paper.
This individual will review each chart for validity of insurance information and determine whether claims are electronically or paper billed.
The Biller is responsible for refiling or follow-up of claims as necessary, and must be knowledgeable of the UB 04 and HCFA 1500 billing procedures and forms.
