Job Summary
Oversee service performance including load factor, cargo mix, customer selection, vessel profile, and equipment situation, ensuring optimal utilisation and profitability.
Perform yield management to optimise TEU utilisation, cargo mix, and overall service P&L, including strategies to encourage light cargo where appropriate.
Provide guidance to junior team members, deputise for the Trade Manager when required, and support senior management engagements including overseas business trips.
