  • The Manager – Strategy & NPI will drive the end-to-end development of new products, from identifying consumer and market need gaps to concept creation, validation, and final launch.
  • The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams across R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory and Finance to ensure timely and seamless execution.
  • The position requires continuously monitoring industry, category, regulatory and competitive trends relevant to the category and building robust business cases for category launches and line extensions.
