The Procurement Officer will ensure efficient and effective procurement of goods and services while continuously identifying and implementing innovative approaches to maximize value in the supply chain management cycle.
The role involves managing procurement processes in line with PATH policies, donor regulations, and local laws, maintaining vendor relationships, and preparing accurate procurement reports.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business-related field with procurement specialization
Up to date KISM membership
Minimum 6 years relevant procurement experience
Master’s degree or CIPS qualification preferred
Fluency in English and strong communication skills
Knowledge of US Government grant and procurement regulations
