Job Summary

  • The Barista Trainer is independently responsible for our in-house Training Center, including the implementation of the Training Center strategy and the development, planning, and execution of customer and employee training.
  • Support sales through training, tastings, and consulting, empowering customers to actively and competently sell coffee and developing sales-promoting concepts.
