5 years experience in Game Development
Experience with live mobile free-to-play games
Leading and mentoring designers
Designing and balancing game systems
Strong analytics and KPI understanding
Experience with Confluence and JIRA
Nice-to-have
Experience with sports titles
Experience optimizing features post-launch
Degree in game design related subject
Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a Game Development studio
Experience working on live games with a proven track record of owning and delivering multiple features or systems
Strong experience designing features and systems for mobile free-to-play live service games
Experience leading, mentoring or guiding other designers
Strong experience designing and balancing game systems and economies
Strong understanding of analytics, KPIs and success metrics
Technical skills and knowledge of game development tools including Confluence and JIRA
Strong communication skills
Ability to review work, provide clear feedback, and maintain a high bar for design quality
Experience working collaboratively across Product, Production, Art and development disciplines
