Job Summary

  • The Workday - Security and Compliance Engineer will work closely with HR business teams, Tech Product & Service teams, and third-party vendors to ensure proper technical design, implementation, and support for HR Talent and Recruitment tech solutions.
  • Key responsibilities include designing and configuring domain policy, business process policy, authentication policy, and login methodology, as well as executing controls, access management, and activity reviews.
  • This role requires technical expertise in Workday security and compliance, accountability for technical artifacts, and ensuring full compliance with internal security, risk management policies, and external regulatory requirements.
