Must-have
Operating and maintaining building electrical systems
Diagnosing and repairing complex electrical problems
Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and plans
Conducting regular electrical system safety inspections
Installing power from panels to new locations
Coordinating with local utility companies for power issues
Nice-to-have
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems
Competence in building automation systems and energy management software
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed electrician
Valid electrician license required by local jurisdiction
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or bachelor's in related field
Valid electrician license from Puerto Rico
