Job Summary
The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing/monitoring of payroll appointments and benefits for units within Engineering for tenure/tenure-track faculty, professional track faculty, lecturers, staff, graduate assistants, and student workers.
Responsibilities assigned to this position include, but are not limited to administering bi-weekly payroll for engineering units; coordinating the on-boarding, off-boarding, and benefits processes for unit employees; running routine employee and appointment reports to continuously monitor activities and address ad-hoc requests.
