  • Manage and operate the kitchen in the absence of the Dietary Supervisor, reporting directly to them.
  • Maintain kitchen and cooking area in a safe, orderly, clean, and sanitary manner, including preparing special diets and pureed foods.
  • Assist with serving meals, cleaning cooking areas and serving carts, and ensuring cleaning schedules are followed.
