Job Summary

  • Independently design and execute complex analytical studies, drive method readiness for process work and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for key chromatographic and electrophoretic methods.
  • Own weekly task assignment and coordination to ensure clear priorities, balanced workload, and reliable coverage for the PA lab.
  • Partner with Process Development/Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and MS&T sub-functions to ensure analytical readiness for tech transfer/scale-up.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree w/ 7-9 years of experience, or Master's degree with 4-6 years of experience, or PhD with 2-4 years of experience
  • Knowledge of bioprocess engineering, analytical science, or manufacturing sciences
  • Mastery of SOPs, cGMPs, ALCOA+ data integrity principles
  • Experience supporting biologics manufacturing processes
  • Competency in process technical transfer
  • Expertise with chromatographic and electrophoretic analytical technologies
  • Hands-on experience with Waters UPLC platforms
  • Experience using Empower, ELN systems, LIMS/DevLIMS, and Spotfire
  • Competency in project and operational management
