The role supports the Head of Compliance to ensure AIAHK & Macau operates in accordance with Group Policies and local regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities include driving the implementation of a fit-for-purpose compliance framework covering regulatory programs, Code of Conduct, and anti-bribery initiatives.
The position requires leading compliance risk reporting for senior management and Boards while managing complex fraud or whistle-blowing investigations.

Must-have
12 years risk or compliance experience
Hong Kong and Macau insurance regulations
FATCA and CRS program management
Nice-to-have
Data analytics applied knowledge
Professional qualifications in accounting
Experience with outsourcing compliance
Key Requirements
Minimum 12 years relevant experience
Degree qualified with professional certification preferred
Strong knowledge of HK and Macau financial regulations
