Job Summary

Ensure excellent customer service, through the satisfaction of their needs and requirements, in order to guarantee the continuous improvement of the organization.
Support the Supervisor, Lead Agent, or other collaborators in case of delays, interrupted flights, overbooking, or cancellations, performing assigned functions to ensure the continuous improvement of the organization.
