Job Summary

  • In this role, you will perform and ensure excellence in service, providing agile and timely treatment to fulfill the duties and responsibilities established in the operational manuals and the Integral Management System.
  • Ensure excellent customer service, through the satisfaction of their needs and requirements, in order to guarantee the continuous improvement of the organization.
  • Support the Supervisor, Lead Agent, or other collaborators in case of delays, interrupted flights, overbooking, or cancellations, performing assigned functions to ensure the continuous improvement of the organization.
