Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Master's degree or PhD in Materials Science
Hands-on experience with ALD/CVD processes
Proficiency in Ellipsometry metrology tools
Fluency in English for technical reporting
Nice-to-have
Experience with XPS, AFM, or XRD analysis
Previous semiconductor cleanroom exposure
Basic proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
Statistical software skills for data interpretation
