Job Summary
The Shift Technician will implement Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and small projects while ensuring adherence to client and JLL requirements.
Responsibilities include monitoring building operational functions, issuing permits to work for specialist vendors, and carrying out appropriate isolations via LOTO.
The role requires coordinating visiting sub-contractors, reporting engineering activities to the Shift Leader, and maintaining accurate records associated with all work activity.

Electrical or Mechanical Apprenticeship
UPS and Emergency power Generation knowledge
Air conditioning systems experience
Fire life safety system expertise
BMS controls cause and effect understanding
HSE accredited training course completion

Excellent communication skills
Good working relations with building users
Experience in commercial building assets
Proven track record of excellence
Key Requirements
