Job Summary
In this crucial role, you will be a key member of our Transmission & Distribution Overhead Lines team dedicated to leading and engaging with our clients to deliver technically challenging OHL design projects.
You'll support a dynamic engineering team throughout the project lifecycle, providing detailed drawings from feasibility to construction and as‑built stages, playing a key role role in maintenance of CAD standards, ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency across all OHL design outputs.

Key Requirements
HNC/HND or equivalent in Engineering
CAD certification beneficial
CAD experience in power transmission
Experience using AutoCAD, MicroStation, Bentley tools
Strong experience with PLS-CADD
Experience producing drawings for 132kV–400kV OHL projects
Prior experience working under National Grid or DNO standards
Ability to work with Georeferenced point clouds, LiDAR, GIS data
