Job Summary

  • This role supports the Business Banking Sales Division by managing complex portfolio needs and ensuring asset quality under the direction of the Operations Manager.
  • The incumbent acts as a first line of defense against risk, identifying issues during due diligence and proposing mitigants for maturing loans and covenant compliance.
  • The position requires onsite work 4 days a week in Bridgeport, CT, while coordinating communication between credit underwriting, legal teams, and sales leadership.
