Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and possess at least a 10th-grade education to perform essential duties such as measuring vital signs and assisting with personal care.
The role requires strict adherence to policies regarding protected health information, reporting all accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse promptly to supervisors.
