Lead and professionally develop consultants and delivery team members, while developing standard processes and operations to deploy advisory services within existing internal and external frameworks.

Base: $60,000 -- $250,000 annually; Bonus/Equity: Commission and bonuses for sales positions; Benefits: Traditional healthcare, 401(k) match, wellness programs, paid time off

Key Requirements
5 to 10 years related experience in sales and account management
5 to 10 years of people leadership experience
Minimum of 5 years experience in direct sales
Bachelor’s degree required
Operations management in staffing or locum tenens staffing experience
Sales experience in professional or technical field
Staffing experience preferred
Healthcare or healthcare staffing background preferred
