The LVN provides direct nursing care to residents and supports the day-to-day supervision of CNAs, ensuring care is delivered in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Competitive pay $40–$44/hr DOE, flexible on-call scheduling with Saturday coverage, and a supportive, collaborative leadership and staff are offered.
