  • As a Technical Specialist, you will support the Case Management teams by providing up-to-date technical guidance and training specific to the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (SRC Act), as well as assisting the team with their administration of the SRC Act and supporting recovery outcomes for employees.
  • Undertake a variety of technical functions including a primary focus on reconsiderations, appeals, and reviews of compensation entitlements.
