  • The Supplemental Physical Therapist assesses patients, develops and initiates treatment plan based on the results of the evaluation.
  • The incumbent documents findings, progress and provides instruction to patients and caregivers.
  • Ensures safe care to patients, staff and visitors; adheres to all Memorial Hermann policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications including time management, supply management, productivity and quality of service.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or graduate degree in Physical Therapy
  • Current license to practice Physical Therapy by Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support
  • Doctoral degree with residency/fellowship or 30 hours continuing competence for direct access
  • One (1) year of experience preferred
  • Ability to commit to elected commitment schedule
